Why Girls' Education?

Touchstone Tanzania donates the time of its professional guides and the use of its safari vehicles when GEC is in Tanzania to support its locally-lead initiatives.

In Tanzania, only about one-quarter of young women complete secondary school. Educating girls helps break the cycle of generational poverty, strengthens families and communities, and gives young women a greater voice in shaping their own futures.

BEGIN YOUR TANZANIA JOURNEY

Every Unforgettable Safari Begins with a Conversation

Most travelers come to us with a dream rather than a detailed plan. We begin by listening, learning what inspires you, answering your questions, and exploring the possibilities together. Only then do we begin creating a journey that's uniquely yours.
